Coolant Nozzle Repair

After removing one of the coolant pipes from the inlet manifold exposed a hole in the nozzle due to corrosion.

I bought a brass nozzle / hose connector on a 1/8″ bsp thread with the corresponding drill and tap.

I cut the damaged nixie off, drilled approx a 15mm hole then tapped it. Fitted the brass hose connector sealing it with ptfe tape.
