I’ve seen a few uk spec cars and they all seem to have different radios. I don’t mean swops for modern bluetooth radios but different 90s Rover/Phillips radios.
The radio that is shown in the car handbook is the 22DC741 Phillips radio so when one turned up on ebay at a reasonable price I bidded and won it …… so now its on its way to me. My car came with a different 90s original type radio but the small display screen is a green colour which does not match the orange backlights of the dash at night. I’ve never driven the car at night so why bother (the wife would say – if she knew!) …… but its one of those things I need to be right.
