MG RV8 Ride Height

I noticed that whilst having the RV8 parked next to my MGB that the RV8 seemed a lot softer suspension than the MGB.

Even though my MGB had an upgraded “Ron Hopkinson” suspension I would have thought that the RV8 being redesigned and upgraded would have been firmer.

I put a post on the owners group on Facebook to the same and it was suggested that the springs may need replacing ……. so I needed to check the ride height. I found the information on the pre launch Technical Reveal release as shown below ……..

I took the measurements of my RV8 as can seem from my notes the front is on average on spec …. the rear may be 5mm on average on the low side.

So not really concerned that there is a problem with the springs …. so the shock absorbers may need a bit of investigation.
