Solenoid Terminal Covers

The solenoid electrical connections are very exposed to the weather and to accidental touching and earthing say with a spanner.  Whilst the car was on ramps for replacing the sump gasket was a good opportunity to do something about it.

I bought a couple of nut covers which fitted perfectly and taped over the bear ends of the battery / starter cables.
