Replacement Door Mirror Handles

From the first MGF cars that were made from 1995 the handles would repeatably fall off due to the plastic clip being of inadequate design. The mirrors were the same as the Metro/RV8 so these can be used for these applications.
This new product designed to be clamped in place with a grub screw resolved this annoying problem.

Sounds like I have a common problem but being a bit of a purist and thinking these are quite an expensive solution will perhaps try a bit of glue instead!

PS ….. I’ve since found out you can still get the original type handles from Clive Wheatley.
