MGRV8 Door Speaker Colour

I put out an enquiry on Facebook to try to determine whether the speakers in my doors which are black were original as most pictures I have seen showing them have been beige.

Based on this I will assume the black speakers were original as my RV8 is an early one …. vin #340 which makes it the 90th one off the production line.
