When I bought the car the rubber corner above the windscreen had become dislodged. I got that sorted when I got home but noticed that previous attempts to refit this rubber had resulted in some deep scratch marks to the windscreen frame that had been poorly painted over.

I rubbed out the marks with wet and dry, masked up the area and resprayed that corner. After several coats I got a really good smooth high gloss. Notice I set the paper so there was 10mm gap so I don’t get a line. This makes it easy to blend the new paint with the old when dry.

Next day a rub down with wet and dry and then a good t-cutting and very pleased with the finish.
