There seems to be a bit of a misfire which I need to sort out. The car has seperately controlled ignition and fuel systems so I need to find which one is causing the misfire.
I used a tell tale light on each plug and the spark was very regular on each one so I am pretty sure that the misfire is not electrical.
The misfire was noticeable on the car when I bought it and is probably why it had new spark plugs and leads were already fitted. So for the time being I’m going to explore the cause of the misfire in the fuel system.
