Diagnostic Port – found at last!

The car has a bit of a misfire on tickler so rather than just replacing parts to find the fault that may not be faulty I wanted to connect up the diagnostics port. Hopefully that will give me some clues as to the problem.

Many instructions I found showed a port socket as in the photo above which I could not find. What all the notes I found omitted is that it has a cover that makes it look like a loom block connector.
